My dog just scratched in eye by the cat,is there meds I can by from pet store for this,steroid creme or what's needed

Tyi did not say I was going to put steroid creme in eye,I asked if I could by something like a steroid creme or whatever is need for an eye...i am not going just put anything in eye...but ty...and I have pet insurance through my regular vet but ec can't use that and don't have 100.00 laying around,but I called they gave me advice..

I wouldn't. As germs in cat mouths are super germy as are their claws. Di not put steroids in it unless u wanna blind ur dog. Ec vets is only 100 emergency fee plus ur meds probably. Please dont put rqndom stuff in dog eye.
