We took our sick puppies there the other night and words can't describe the compassion shown to us and the puppies. The staff was so helpful and caring. I can't say enough great things about them. Thanks to all of you!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. My sister took her Rotti in yesterday (7/16/22), she told them something was wrong and didn't care about cost. They said they gave him fluids and he was fine. Nothing was wrong with him. She brought him back home and he died this morning... HORRIBLE PEOPLE... if someone tells you something is wrong with their pet, and cost isn't an issue, then you should listen to the customer and do as they ask. If you love your pet, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE.... I called and was told that the Dr that saw him wrote in her notes that they recommended blood work and ex rays but my sister declined... now does that make sense to you? She drove for over an hour and sat there for 4 hours just to say No, I don't want that done... come on now. Documents can say anything that the person typing puts there, but that's NOT what happened and I fully believe she wrote that just to cover her own behind..

I called about my sick dog after midnight a few days ago. I was very worried about my dog and in turn very emotional. The tech was so kind and knowledgeable and was able to calm me down so I could think clearly. My dog was fine. But, I know I will be taking my dog to this Veterinarian Hospital from now on.

We lost our loved 14 year old fury baby a few days ago due to an emergency that was unable to be resolved. So unfortunately we had no choice but to put her to sleep. This place absolutely made sure that we knew every detail and made sure she was comfortable. They took our feelings in consideration and were so very sweet and willing to let us take our time with her. We held her as she crossed the rainbow to be with our heavenly father. We can not thank these great vets and techs enough for all that they did for her and us. I highly recommend them because they care about your pet and you more than money.

No. They do not. They have talked to me on the phone and given a little advice and advised me of my options. They are very helpful.
Tyi did not say I was going to put steroid creme in eye,I asked if I could by something like a steroid creme or whatever is need for an eye...i am not going just put anything in eye...but ty...and I have pet insurance through my regular vet but ec can't use that and don't have 100.00 laying around,but I called they gave me advice..
