Yes all is paved!

Not sure about the river paths but the garden paths are paved and wide enough for wheelchairs.

Yes they're all paved and easy to navigate. The gardens behind the house can also be reached by going around the side of the house

Yes walked all around on paved walkways

The paved path is short, then goes through a meadow. We didn't take it all the way to the river.
