Most of the BSA work that Rockwell did are displayed in the Boy Scout's museum in Irvine Texas. NRM has some works, in fact two are currently on display in the main galleries.

Norman Rockwell's work is usually displayed continuously, with other displays rotating thru the museum in another section. I don't know what the BSA is, so I cannot help you there.
There is a lot of individual magazine covers with boy scouts in the basement and a few sprinkled among the main collection upstairs
I don't know but the website might have it in the inventory. Also the gift shop has a lot of framed prints.
