We are considering traveling to Upper Lake (Tallman Hotel) this coming Wednesday, arriving in the evening. My question is, can your restaurant accomodate a Low Salt diet for my husband; he is on a very strict salt intake diet? Thank you .... :-)

They're pretty accommodating. Ask the server about what they can do.

Some dishes, particularly those with sauces might be pre seasoned. Just ask your server what the chef can pull out of his sleave.

Great food , we just ordered off menu. Iam sure they can afford a low salt dinner.
