Deborah and Jimmy are the BEST! My husband was out on the lake and had boat trouble. I was calling around trying to find gas pumps on the north shore, when I phoned Aurora RV and Marina. The phone just rang, so I didn't leave a message. Few minutes later I received a call back from Deborah, saying she was sorry she missed my call. Told her what was going on, I was looking for gas, and was getting ready to drive across the lake when she said Oh, no worries, my husband Jimmy can take him some gas. Say what? Yes, that's right, help without even asking. Few minutes later she texted me saying Jimmy was on his way out on the lake. He ended up towing our boat in, and letting us leave it at their marina while we got the truck. They were both nice as anyone could be, helping without even being asked, going above and beyond anything you would expect.That's Lake County at it's finest y'all!

We really enjoyed the park Memorial Day weekend. Everything was clean and well kept, the staff were friendly and the location is close to what you need. The only comment is it would have been nice if there was some period during the day that staff were consistently in the office, say 8-10 or 12-2 so you at least knew there was a time to get a hold of someone. On the flip side they did respond to texting whenever we had a question.

The NEW Aurora RV park has really stepped it up. From customer service to the beautiful upgrades and clean campground. Check in was a breeze, we sent a text when we were 30 minutes out, they replied immediately with our new campsite, they upgraded us to a much nicer, bigger spot! The campground was quiet at night. They had refreshments and cookies at the office. Upon leaving we had a flat tire and they were quick to reply and offer assistance to get us on the road quickly! We will be back in July and can’t wait!

What a beautiful spot on Clear Lake! We had some questions after booking and Deborah was so friendly and helped us get our party in spots next to each other. When we arrived we needed some branches trimmed for our slid outs and that was solved quickly. The bathrooms were clean and secure and the landscaping was beautiful! We will definitely be booking again with Aurora RV PARK!
