This place is Damm near sacred to the people in surrounding areas and locals. This place has the absolute best trail riding and scenery on the trails you could ask for.

It's a nice all pavement campground, and for large trailers a few pull through sites. There is water and vault toilets no power

The campground is clean and nice, the cattle across the street will keep you up all night. Then Sunday we went to leave and in a matter of a few hours, At least 30 vehicles pulled up and over filled the dumpster with garbage bags. The trails were awesome to ride, the kids area is a good place to let the kids learn.

yes the trails and campgrounds are open. The PCC trail, the hat creek lookout as well. But I believe there's a restriction of dispersed camping because Yogi and BooBoo are possibly stirring things up
I haven't been up there in a couple of months. The last time there I talked to a Forestry Supervisor, he said until they can make the trails safe, lots of burned brush and trees covering the trails at that time. My guess it'll be a while before we can use our PUBLIC lands.🇺🇸
