It's 20-30 minutes at a normal pace but it's fun, my kids love it and we buy a season pass and go several times a year. We drive a few hours to a family cottage so it's a nice add-on. With that said, I dont think it's worth a 3 hr drive if that's the focus of the trip. If you're going up for other things such as Cedarpoint, Put-in-Bay, etc. and this is just an added attraction, I think it's worth it.
There's no time limit. We were able to stop and go as we pleased. You can take your kids out of there seats and let them ride up front with you to feed the animals. Some of the animals will try putting there head in your car to eat. You will also have to hold onto your food cup with some strength because some of the animals are very strong and will try taking the cup out of your hand. It's definitely an interesting experience that was fun. Exept for how many deer they had. Some of the deer looked very malnourished
The walk through part is NOT extra. And the drive through part may take about 20 minutes as well as the walk through part, but you can go through several times. It's very fun and I highly recommend.
20 minutes is about all it takes and you drive your own car. Its mostly deer, alpacas and bison that are roaming free. The deer love to jump on the cars to get food and the bison are pretty good at rubbing up against the cars too. You can't feed the zebra or gazelles. The giraffes are fenced off, you drive up next to them if you don't have lettuce, they don't waste their time with you. There is a walk through part but is extra.
