I was there two weekends ago and wasn't able to feed the giraffes either as she was pretty far away i know the stingray feedings are at 11am 1 pm 3pm and 5 pm cups of food are five tokens and its while food supplies last.
Contact the zoo. We were there and you could feed giraffes but they weren't interested.

Just recently it was posted for 11am and 2pm.
I know they have a time in the evening to watch them feed the big cats
We went Sunday morning at 930am and fed one of two giraffes. It came up to the deck we were standing on. The petting zoo at the farm is open all day. Bunch of goats waiting impatiently for your hand of goodies
