Absolutely the best bike shop. Super helpful and knowledgeable. We've relied on Inrush a bunch over the years and they always come through big time. We have 10 bikes and ride every day it is above 30F.... total about 4500 miles per year.

After reading all the good google reviews I expected much better service than I received. I had a bike that needs worked on that I wasn’t sure they would work on. First I try to call several different days and times. Always an answering machine which not so politely informs you they don’t check messages so come to the shop. Stop by the shop talk to a friendly employee that informs me yes they will work on my bike, leave and get said bike to drop off. Get back ask where to take the bike, first friendly employee say bring it on in. As I am walking in, a female, which I assume is the owner comes walking out of the back saying “nope nope we wont work on that bike.” She takes no time to hear the fact that I was literally just there and was told that they would. She has no empathy just telling me how hard it is for bike shops while rudely turning away my business. Had she taken any time to listen and not rudely speak over me she would have learned that myself and the friendly employee had talked about other projects and money I wanted to spend with them to support local. I will be spending exactly zero dollars with them in the future and will pass on the negative word of mouth to all bike friends. Not simply because they wouldn’t do the original work the employee said they would, but because the terrible customer service and rude what seemed indignation that I even walked in to her store. Not even an apology for the original misinformation and the wasted trip back with the bike.

I recently went in to get fitted for a new bike and was very impressed at how quick and helpful an helpful one of the employees were. It was wonderful and we found a good fit for me and were in and out within a good 15-20 minutes maybe even less. I would highly recommend coming in and getting a tune up, a new bike, or just anything bike related. These are some of the nicest and honest people I have met in a while and as you walk in you just feel welcomed. Thank you guys for helping me out and being so kind!

Inrush did a great job getting my BMX bike up and running. They got it done in no time and it was very cheap. When you walk in you are welcomed and it feels like home. Truly the best place to go in the area! Edit: Just started riding and noticed my bike felt really smooth, turns out they oiled the chain (which was completely dry) and I cannot express how impressed I am!

We actually do not sell used bicycles, but we do service everything as long as it doesn't have a motor :) If you have any other questions feel free to give us a call!
You could always call and ask, or go in. They're very helpful and knowledgeable!
Very upscale. Wear a mask.
Giant, Liv, and Momentum. All owned by Giant
Just asking
No.. they don't. Summit City bicycles on Lima Rd does.
Do not carry any.
We do not sell used just new
They sell (predominantly) giant brand bikes. I believe giant makes electric bikes. If they don't have one in the shop they would probably be able to order one for you.
