Took out grass against City codes... sprayed a herbicide on grass to kill it then dug it up in the wind spreading the toxic herbicide all over the complex. Herbicide causes non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Stupid HOA and management!

Their service through years has gone from bad to worse. They are unresponsive to serious requests for data, stall on answers instead of being forthright and the J&W Rep servicing our HOA is rude, arrogant and uninformed. We have a move afoot to replace them. Thank Heavens. If you are a decision mnaker considering a new HOA management company I would give this one a wide miss.

My neighbor caused a flood into my house and no matter how much evidence I gave to show this was the truth, J&W refused to get involved. The neighbor's insurance refused to pay, so all I was left with was to sue the HOA and the neighbor. J&W still would not intervene even though they carry insurance. Their policy was to ignore the problem and hope it goes away. No wonder the HOA has multiple law suits from residents.

We are opened Monday- Friday from 8:30-4:30. July& August Closed on Fridays
J&W Management dose not make any landscaping changes within the Associations we manage. The Board of Directors is who authorizes the all changes.
