If you get there by 5:15 you'll be fine
Security opens 1 hour before the flight. Definitely print your boarding pass at home or use the Delta app. Baggage check is pretty quick too.
I'd reccomend arriving 1.5 hours in advance of your flight. Typically though, when I've flown out of Binghamton it's been fast. The primary wait for us was getting through security, and we still had about 30 minutes before boarding.
5 am is plenty of time.
