I have used the Johnson City Post Office for many years. In response to a previous review, I have never seen Wendy be rude to anyone. I have witnessed her be patient with a variety of people that unfortunately did not extend her the same courtesy.

The staff at the JC post office have always been friendly and helpful to me, and sometimes I have weird tasks like sending international packages. I've seen them deal patiently and respectfully with lines of hostile customers and I have never seen them lose their cool. Good on them!

My first time shipping out of this post office last week, then yesterday and today and get emails from TWO different customers about their packages. One item was completely smashed, the other didn't even receive theirs. I've never had this issue with any of my other packages from other post offices in the area.

I've had tons of packages stolen at this johnson city post office by their employees. Never happens at the Binghamton post office. Only the JC post. Who can I call? Because no one will do anything about it and these were expensive items going out to customers .
