Don’t rent from here or budget …we had no choice but to rent from them a few times and every time the screw us for money…u would think as returning customers they would help …and if you think calling corporate will heyour wrong they have the worst costumer service especially the supervisors… the good reviews you see here are 100% guided or done by them because all the negative comments are exactly how they are don’t get scammed ..they don’t even have the decency to reply to reviews

The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. I did have an issue with the vehicle that I was driving on my trip, I was directed to the nearest Budget rental location and given a new vehicle with the same service I received originally. With only a few minutes added to my trip and a new vehicle, I was easily able to complete my trip on time.

The whole entire process was just garbage...ended up not getting the vehicle that I needed than got given a vehicle with literally no tread on any of the tires, broken windshield wiper, oil change needed, cracked windsheild..I had to call 20x before anyone would pick up at the jc ny location and she could never do anything to help me. I tried to call Fayette nc budget and they never awnsered the phone so I could try and trade out the vehicle due to its unsafe Ness. When returning the vehicle the manager Dave told me that the vehicle had just had an oil change at 45000 miles and when I got the vehicle it had over 50000 on it. He than stated that he could give me $50 back, but in fact did not and wouldn't give me the owners name or number. He said his name was Bill eventually but that is it. Customer service sucks,their vehicles are not safe to ride in and I will never ever ever rent from here again! And iam not done with my complaining I will continue until iam heard and taken care of correctly!
