Does anyone have a reliable number to speak with someone directly about a situation that happen to my special needs child while visiting the park July 5th? Everytime I call I get connected to guest services and you only able to leave messages!!

The only number I know would be listed in the website. You'd think they would return your call. Bad practice not to. You could also show up in person if you live close enough.

Julie thank you for your help! Unfortunately, I have called that number and just get connected to guest services. I live 2 & half hours away in Virginia. I am trying to be nice and give them the benefit of the doubt before seeking legal action but seems like I am having NO LUCK!
