Extremely dishonest online pick-up process. I had put in online order to be picked up (First time for hair straightener and Second time for clothing Iron). Both time, i was given either floor model Or a returned product that was missing safety information and was not working. I would not recommend doing an online order at this location.

I ordered a coffee machine off of a wedding registry with regular shipping and Bed bath and beyond “upgraded” my shipping to same day delivery without my approval. In about 4 hours I received a text message from then stating that door dash has delivered my package with a picture of the package in front of my door. I came out right away to find no package there. Looks like the door dash person took a picture and took the package back with them. I contacted Bed Bath right away and explained to them what happened and they said they’ll put in a ticket to replace my package within 24-48 hours. I didn’t receive anything so I called them back and they told me the same thing. Nothing was replaced again..I called in 2 days again and got hung up on 3 times after asking to speak to a manager. I wasted hours on the phone and nobody would help me. They kept on hanging up on me or told me they would put in a ticket to for a replacement. I went to the actual store and the manager of the store sat down and called corporate with me. They said they will replace it for me in 24-48 hours. Nothing obviously got replaced so I called them again. They wouldn’t talk to me so I had to chat with someone online and in the end they told me nothing will be replaced since it was “delivered” and that I have to contact the police to find out what happened. I asked for the information of the door dash person and they wouldn’t give me anything. I would’ve never trusted door dash to deliver something so expensive, and they without my approval went ahead and did that. I am out of $260 and they refuse to help me. They are a joke, and I’ll never do business with them again.
