The manager named dee was very rude and didn't want to do her job we waited about 30 minutes to get a price override and the workers walking around like they on vacations

The In Store Quality was ok but the Customer Service over the phone takes FOREVER. And they do not help you very well after they answer
I agree, however the one on Independence is even worse they never have any water around the 1st of the month. so I have to go to this one. This happened to me for 4 times now
Who is paying for the 15 police officer that where working on Thanksgiving day ? Extra security I'm not against but I hope this is not at tax payers experience

These stores all pay for off duty police services. No local PD ever provided police service inside stores at taxpayers expense. If there is a call due to a disruptive customer or a crime in progress, the PD responds...but all the police you see standing around in businesses...are off duty and being paid for.
Why can’t anyone answer the phones? I’ve tried for 5 days to get SOMEONE to answer fir tires, today I’ve tried and I’ve tried to get anyone on the phone to no avail, so your competitor will take my $400 purchase.

You should call and ask to speak with the MOD manager on duty. Explain to them that your very interested in working with Walmart. Ask if they have any openings within any department. Tell them that your ready willing and able to work part time or full time.

Because yesterday I went to the store and I looking for Sofia Vergara Jean's is a brand they promote,I asked several workers and they give to me so bad attitude rolling eyes, laughing about my Latin accent they was so rude!! I feel so bad!! I think is no necessary too much angry!!!
I'm sorry she was I'm polite. I've been know to have a little fun with my family a lil rowdy some time. I'd say give you a gentle warning first.... if I was the manager I would have walked up to y'all and said. "Hi I'm the manager at this galleria location. We just got in a fresh shipment of Concord grapes. I hope you and your family get a chance to try them. I'm Omega Rae can I help you folks find anything. (Polite smile showing).... ITS IMPORTANT FOR ME TO TREAT OTHER THE WAY ID WANT TO BE TREATED.🙂
