Why is only one register open at 9:00pm? 2 just closed, one had a blinking light waiting for assistance, and only one is open and moving slowly.... You need more cashier's!

I agree, however the one on Independence is even worse they never have any water around the 1st of the month. so I have to go to this one. This happened to me for 4 times now

The store now has self checkout. Suppose to make us get out quicker. The walmart on independence should be in eastland mall site its hard for those that have to rely on public transit. CATS had to rerouted 232 and then finally change it to 221 and 29. Having the store on the highway isn't convenient

I don’t know why Independence Walmart ever opened it is the same as if it were the old Walmart on Eastway, or at least they operate like it. For such a big new store you would figure they change their ways.

This is a MAJOR issue I have found in Walmarts everywhere. It is inconvenient, and a hassle to staff and consumers alike. Makes no sense to FORCE FEED customers in one line while 40 registers sit idle, with employees just walking around wishing they could open a register in order to assist.
