They took pictures of my eye and did a complete eye exam. No I'm not a provider of Humana hmo but they could tell you what all they cover before they schedule you an appointment. They are very helpful with any questions you might have.
They do accept Iowa Medicaid. Most doctors won't see kids until they are at least 4. Hope that helps.
