I have rented a washer and dryer set for year now from rent a center in Miami OK. I have never had any problems until three weeks ago when the washer stopped working right. I called and a week later they came and picked it up and left me a loaner. The loaner is all bent up, didn't spin clothes out, and makes an awful noise. So I called and told them that their loaner isn't working either. They again several days later sent someone to service the loaner. They claimed it was fixed. It wasn't. So I have been without use of a washer for three weeks, and they have refused to fix this unless I make another payment. I don't see how I can be expected to keep making payments on something I can't even use. So I am calling corporate.

They’ve worked with you but when you fall behind they call everyday and then threaten to pick it up. We only have 1 payment left on a game console, and 12 on a tv and another game console. We only owe 500 total, but they still won’t work with us. We’ve fallen behind because I’ve been sick in and out of the hospital
