They took pictures of my eye and did a complete eye exam. No I'm not a provider of Humana hmo but they could tell you what all they cover before they schedule you an appointment. They are very helpful with any questions you might have.
Hi Connie, Our comprehensive eye exam includes finding your glasses prescription, a detailed interior and exterior exam of the health of the eye , as well as testing for eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. We have the ability to dilate the eyes or take a wide-field image of the interior health of the eye. For Humana, we may accept the vision benefit offered by your insurance. Double check who Humana runs their vision benefit through. Most often, it is a company like Eyemed or Superior.
