One of the best agencies I've ever worked for. We start with an application online and a training video. We are then scheduled for an interview and further testing. I understand the testing part, reason being I've applied with other agencies and was employed with people who had difficulties at the job site. I would like co-workers that have the ability to be active not reactive. Also be able to understand the assignments given to us. I don't mind helping, but I also don't like doing someone else's job. Once the written test is done we move on to the forklift test to really find out who can handle themselves on a forklift. Afterwords we move on to the interview where we are assigned our temp to hire jobs. I love this agency it really stands out from all others. Very thorough search for the right candidates.
