Hey Melinda, We are open until 8 PM during winter. Our times are posted and the Google listing is has been updated. Also some nights when there is no one doing laundry we will close early. The gas and electricity almost 100 machines plus 2 heating systems and 3 hot water heaters use in an hour, even just sitting idle, is quite large. Normally it takes 1.5 hours to do a single load of laundry. If you have additional loads figure 10-15 minutes for each extra load. So, If you have 1 load and start it at 6:30, it will be around 8 when you are finished. I hope that explains.
They once told me last washing is at 7 pm. Haven't been able to talk to the manager yet. Don't know if there is a manager. Never seen him/her and I've been there different times, days, etc.
I know they have a last wash time that way no one comes in to wash clothes late so they don't have to stay opened late waiting on them. I thought it was 7:00, though.
