Awful experience. Unprofessional, chaotic, incorrect. Doctor said that all my tests were negative. Couldn’t tell me which ones. Then the nurse came in and said one of them wasn’t even ready?? He was looking in the back of my throat and started scraping it with the wooden stick because “it looked weird”? Made me wait 2 and a half hours when I was the first one there with a 102 fever. This place used to be good now it’s gone completely downhill.

It is impossible to speak to a human in the billing department. I have called and left multiple messages explaining that I was overcharged. I have never gotten a bill from them and yet they claim I still owe them money, which they have now apparently sent to collections. All without ever calling me back or sending me a bill. I will be reporting Smoky Mountain Urgent Care to the Better Business Bureau due to their clear negligence in billing practices.
