I had a really bad experience with the radiologist. I was getting a CT scan and my IV busted. Blood and fluid went all over me and the machine as well. I needed a IV to get the scan done so the radiologist had to give me a IV. He did not hit the vein on the first try so he continued to dig in my arm to try and hit it. I was there for probably at least 10 minutes while he was digging in my arm to find a vein. Also one of my nurses was very rude to my mother. She sat her purse in another chair in the room so she would not have to sit in on the ground. The nurse got very upset and slung the curtains that separated the other bed in the room. Also another nurse that was not even my nurse had to discharge me because my nurse could not be found. My arm is severely bruised from the radiologist digging in my arm to find a vein. Most of the people here are very sweet and caring that is why I am giving it 3 stars.

We took our 4 year old son to the ER which is obviously a stressful situation. From the front desk staff, CNA, nurses, doctor, and the woman who took his chest x-ray, everyone was so friendly, personable and professional. They were patient and so kind, and got us through in a timely manner.

Staff and doctors are very friendly but the prices they charge are outrageous. One ER visit cost double than 2 visits in Harris ER. Both hospitals performed the same tests. Just the ER initiative is $1,500...then you have to pay for treatment, tests, labs, and other nonsense just to stay alive!!! Makes us the 3rd world country when others get healthcare for FREE.
