Filled out an entire application for a puppy that also had a sibling so I had at least a 50/50 chance of at least being able to adopt one. It was for Phineas and ferb the two wiener dog mixes. The lady upfront told me she would look over the application and give me a call the next week. Never did I once get a call. I called multiple times no one picked up the phone and I even left voicemails and not once did I get a response either. Very disappointed with the service given at this shelter and how I wasn’t able to go home with a fur baby. I’m a vet assistant and any dog I would adopt would have 24/7 access to veterinary care but hey I guess they didn’t think I was a good fit to be a pet parent or that they didn’t have the common curiosity to give me a call and tell me if the pet was given to another family or not. I will not be back here what so ever

They did a great job helping us to find our perfect fur buddy! They were sweet and super cautious as they should be with adopters! We can't thank P.A.W.S Animal shelter enough for bringing Olaf in to our family!!
