I've had 3-4 people per lane. Only one shooting at a time.
Multiple people can share a lane, but only one person can be shooting at a time per lane. I don't know of any indoor ranges that allow more than one person to be shooting on a lane.
I believe 1 person shooting and handling the firearm. I was alone.
