My AR15 sat here for over a month all for nothing. I brought it in to get a new lower receiver. It was given back to me with no new receiver, disassembled, and MISSING PARTS. I was told by the gunsmith Jim that they would order in the lower receiver for me. Weeks go by so I call them. The manager picks up the phone and tells me they don’t offer this service despite the gunsmith telling me they did. After picking up my disassembled gun from them, (why was it taken apart if they never had the receiver or ability to replace it for me) I discovered there were parts missing from the gun in the process of putting it back together. I call the store, and was told they would look for them and get back to me soon. (Edit for time relevance) It has now been roughly 2 months since I’ve heard from them. I will definitely not ever go back here again unless this can be resolved properly. I use to like this store a lot, in fact I have bought 3 guns here, bought tons of ammo, and regularly use the range. I even took my CPL class here!!

It's good place to shoot and take a class. But it is difficult to get good customer service. Perhaps if they didn't have a barber shop and cigar lounge, they could focus more on customer service for their guns. Two weeks ago I decided to give their gunsmithing services a try. I took my shotgun to them to have holes drilled and tapped for a scope. They said they needed to send it out to their machine shop and couldn't tell me when it might be done and just said they call when it's finished. I after a week I called to get an update and got the same answer and they didn't even know if the gun was at the machine shop yet. I'll give them one more week. If it's not done or I have no answer as to when it'll be done, I'm taking my gun and parts to another gunsmith.

What an awesome business to visit. Came here to sight in a scope I got for a new gun. Ended up having problems with my scope and couldn’t get it adjusted correctly. I went up to the shooter desk and one of the employees was able to help me correctly sight in my scope without any problems. He was very helpful and didn’t seemed annoyed when I asked for help. Most gun ranges you go to you kind of shy away from asking for help, but not here. They are very supportive of law enforcement which is great because I am a police officer and they definitely took the time to help me with my questions. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and will definitely continue coming here.

Just found my new store for life, staff is super helpful and they have just about everything you could possibly need. Had 7.62x54r when no one else did (and 4 different brands at that). 10/10

If you fill out the online range safety questionnaire it specifies. From memory, they don't mention the casing, only the bullet can't be plain lead or steel core
Yes, CPL classes are NRA certified. I'm not exactly sure as to total class size but my CPL class had 10-15 people. P.s. the instructors are incredible; friendly, light hearted and want everyone not only to learn but also to have fun.
Yes
They do rent firearms. It is $20 to rent your first one for the day and then $10 for additional firearms if you want to compare.
I've had 3-4 people per lane. Only one shooting at a time.
The store owners don't typically responds to question here. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly.

And a really fantastic selection of guns. Hand guns, rifles and shotguns galore.
What part is expensive? Ive found their firearms in line with others around.
Not sure about the gun cleaning service, but check their website for the multi tiered membership... Its all right there
