I brought my truck in for a check engine light. Was told they needed the truck for 2 days. I was told the code that flashed and it had to do with the glow plugs on the truck and program needed to be updated. I was told everything was done and good to go. I pay $160 for what you would feel program needing to be updated would be covered under the warranty, it was not I was told. I drive my truck to work, later I go to leave work my truck wouldn’t start. It was now flashing 4 check engine lights. They were service stabilitrac,service pre glow light, service safety restraint and service trailer brake system. So originally I go 2 days without a vehicle and now I have been with out a vehicle for 3 additional days, I was told they had no loaner vehicles, this however isn’t a me problem it’s a your dealership problem. This is second time I’ve brought my truck into be fixed for a check engine light and recall to pick it up and be worse off when I brought it in.
