What a refreshing place to deal with! We are fixing up a vacation home so we have been ordering A LOT of stuff online. As happens, we sometimes order the wrong thing or the items are not available within our needed timeframe - this is often times a problem. I ordered an atypical wall switch that I need and was expecting it relatively soon - I was contacted by PROLIGHTING this AM to tell that it was backordered and would not be available for 6 weeks. As this would not work for my needs, I requested that the entire order be cancelled - within an hour I had an e-mail back cancelling the order and another telling me where and how my refund had been processed! Not sure how big this company is but the quick and personal manner in which this was addressed is VERY IMPRESSIVE! I will definitely be contacting PROLIGHTING for any future needs.
