Call the MDOT information line in Lansing. Ask them for the Clio rest area northbound on I75 maintenance crew phone number.. Probably your best approach.

I don't know for sure if someone is there too answer the phone . I do know that there were always people at the rest areas doing maintenance an cleaning , and filling vending machines.
