We had multiple problems.. they do have rude associates, and they charged me money when it was a personal check, they won't pick up their phone and when I applied for a special loan they had me on hold for 2 hours then hung up in my face then they made me wait for them to call me back and never did .. I left voicemails and no return call.. I wouldn't recommend here..

Yeah I figured that out after I asked the question why doesn't my mother have a account number but all she has is a savings account she has a membership number but didn't give me an account number
