I was in with two others for a business meeting. During my time either two employees or one employee and her boyfriend were all over each other. At one point he was carrying her around. Very unprofessional and off putting.

Too much chatting and not enough paying attention to the orders. We had to repeat our dining room orders several times and it was annoying. When making a drink the barista ran low on coconut milk and instead of going to get more she served the drink with hardly any coconut milk making it taste and look much different than it should have.

Yeah...I like the Tim Hortons chain but this location...I went through the drive through and the guy had such horrible enunciation that I had to ask him more than once what he was asking after placing an order. Even when I was at the pickup window I was having difficulty understanding what he was saying. Please make sure the person that represents the franchise can intelligably speak english, not rush their speach and learn to smile. The sandwich was good as expected but the delivery was very disappointing. I will try Culvers on the other side of the highway next time. My hope is that management will learn from this review and grow.

To the team working this morning at 8:20 your service was absolutely horrid. As a business owner in the area we expected something much different from you, not the rudeness that we received. We will not return and hopefully a manager sees this and takes charge and does something about it. It is hard to believe your in business
