Do you have to set up an appt. to cash a ticket for $1,000? So someone told me they are going by your letter of last name and on certain days? Does anyone know this for sure.

Funny i was there yesterday and the sign on the door said they will reopen on the 6th. I could drive by and take a picture of the sign if you like. I also have a 1000 winner and have been told to mail it in. I'd rather wait.
