When are you reopening??

I called customer service... They said June 15th.... They will open to the public...

Do you still have to call for an appointment to cash in a ticket? Someone said they are going by the letter of your last name, for certain days of the week. So when do I have the opportunity to go?

Says on sign, June 22...internet site states "OPEN." ??

Unless it's 10,000 or more then you can set up an appointment. I can't hit 10.00 nevermind 10,000
