If I could give 0 stars I would. We used to only go here for Breakfast. But we made the mistake of going for supper. The order was right but the food was really bad. Definitely not going back ever again.

These people are really hard working and they really try that being said the sheer volume of customers at McDonald's it's just not really possible for the orders to be accurate with current staff volume. This location is really decent about fast ordering and quick turnaround time and the only thing is just they tend to forget items or sauces or special instructions if your order is too complicated unfortunately they just deal with too many orders each day.

McDonald's West Boylston St, Worcester MA. Ordered 2 plain hamburgers and they were both like this, missing half the meat. Ended up putting both pieces of burgers together to make 1 complete hamburger. I come here a lot, and usually have no problems, but this us the 2nd time this happens. I understand it's fast food, but come on... you can do better! Thank you.

The late night staff at this location are terrible. Extremely slow and the food is always lukewarm warm. I’ve waited legitimately at the drive thru for more than 20 minutes before placing an order.
