I would only give this a 4 star maybe even 3. Even though nothing bad happened. The service was just mediocre. Having just won a decent prize, I thought the place would be more excited and like hey congrats! But no. The lady that served me was very mono toned, dull in her conversation. She did get the job done correctly though and knew her facts. But after something so exciting as visiting the lottery after a win, I thought it just should have been more happy and exciting and a cool experience to go to. This could improve.

Be better if there were more ma lottery places spread out over ma, as we all can't get there on time after work when it's over an hour or more away. However, staff is almost always friendly and quick! They do good getting you in and out!

The one in Worcester opened up everything was done outside and they walk it in and come out with your check 👍🏼
So people throw them away! All those old guys that just scratch the codes.. refuse to believe this. Less money paid out by lottery.

The Lottery is closed on New Year day and will reopen the following day, Wednesday January 2nd
