Because changing the color of the lights for any special interest group would open the door for way too much heated debate among groups that we won't name today not to mention the fact that it's actually in September is the month that is children's Awareness Month not sure what month you're thinking of never seen one like that I know there's only 12
I've only ever seen the sundial change light colors for Think Pink, breast cancer awareness.
