Walk on the several walking and biking paths. Turtle Bay Museum is next to the bridge. And a lovely little dining spot
I assume you're talking about how to get to the bridge, maybe? So, after the first parking lot you pull into, there will be a slightly winding walkway towards a bigger building. Once you find that, walk towards that building. Then, just before you get to the building (a gift shop, food, etc.), turn to the left, and the bridge is there. Beyond the bridge is a big fenced in Garden that's open during the day, a bunch of bike trails, and very many hiking trails. Perfect for riding the provided scooters, walking your dog, or just hanging out!
That's a pretty broad question but agree with previous answers I enjoyed the vantage looking north from the middle of the bridge and just listening to the water a bit.
