Campground hosts have tokens u can buy. It is a dollar for 5min.

I did not stay over night so I do not know about the showers. There were places to rinse your feet next to the bathrooms, but that is all I saw.

Showers are there but at least for the walk in campground it only takes tokens which can be bought from the entrance station
