Yes. And hot showers.

Faucets at most campsites and an RV fill faucet (no hose provided) near the dump station.

I believe they do, I know they have nice restrooms so would think they have potable water but please check their website. Sorry I could not be more help It is a gorgeous park with lots of trails, overlooks and beaches And best of all...NO entrance or parking fees for day use!!! (Their staff are also very friendly and helpful!)
