Why is it that all food in stores must have nutritional labels but food that comes from a store's bakery doesn't have to? I work in a school setting that have diabetic children and need to know the carbs. This is frustrating.

You should be able to ask a bakery employee and they should be able to provide you with that information.

I did ask an employee and she was looking all over the bakery aisle and finally found some . They do have a huge variety of bread but it is not displayed right.
