There are parking lots on the Poughkeepsie and the Highland side of the walkway. On the Highland side, parking is free. There is free parking also on the Poughkeepsie side off of Parker Ave
Crossing is free. Not sure on the parking, since cousin home is right there.
It is free to walk across. There are two parking lots. One immediately where the entrance is and that requires you pay. One right below is free but the surrounding area looks a bit shabby so I didnt take the chance.
