The technician came and said I should get a new washer. He quickly left having disconnected the current washer’s water supply and also left my washer covered in grease. Of course payment was due on the spot. I called and called and was told I would have to wait for the next available technician, a week later. I also called the technician’s phone but no response to my numerous messages. Poor workmanship and poor customer service .I have yet to hear from anyone.

The estimate to fix the machine was 20% more than buying a new machine after I would order the parts. Also, the tech had none of the parts with him, so it would have meant taking another day off work to wait for him/her. To come back. Who process was incredibly frustrating since I gave Sears the Error number so parts could have been with tech. AWFUL... I hope that they take the $158 and at least give some of it to charity!

As usual Sears uses A&E Appliances from Connecticut. I live in NY. Once again they did not show up. I have that silly service agreement. Don't buy it. It's a lot easier to just get a local company t come to your home and fix the appliance. This has been going on for months and my dishwasher still doesn't work. I'm disgusted Heck your forced to give them one star. They don't deserve it.

Was amazed to receive the part in the mail several days after the first technician was here. Appreciate the call letting us know another technician would be arriving in a short time. He was courteous and knowledgeable and completed the replacement of the new part in a short time. He also tested the washing machine by putting it into a "test drive" to make certain the machine was working properly. That's why we choose Sears appliances - it's all about the great service.
