What time do they allow vendors to set up?

You can set-up as early as you want but we recommend between 6:30 & 7:00 this time of the year. We will come around after 8:00 to collect the rent. Andy

U can set up the night before or as early as u want sat morning or sunday morning. Customers start showing up as early as 7 am.
