I agree. If you have a service animal it should be required to wear a vest telling all that the dog/animal is working and the person who owns the service animal should be made to carry proof that it is a service animal. Be that a certificate or a license you should have some proof that animal has been trained to be in service. There is far too much abuse of this going on.
Actually the only thing you can ask a true ADA dog handler is what the dog is trained to do. An ADA service dog DOES have access rights, and can be anywhere with their handler, they are also trained not to react to other dogs, people etc emotional service animals DO NOT HAVE ACCESS rights, are not required to have any training etc

I totally agree. If these people would display the proper certification we would not have to ask them over & over for the license. Some people get upset when we ask them and it would be eliminated if they displayed properly. You are legally allowed to ask them what is the dog emotionally trained for.
A vest doesn't mean anything. Anyone can buy one and put it on their pet. Don't all pets provide emotional support?
