Cat infestation. Rabid. Promise parking but refuse to enforce it. Require rabies vaccine for pets when u move in but no one has to keep it up. Multiple families with multiple cars that are required to be background checked but that's a lie. They check no one after you move in. The entire place smells of cat urine. They dig holes under brand new homes and give birth. If you call the owner they ask you to trap them. Please see photos of text messages above.
