How do you rent a space on the hill for sat.at Morningstar flea market.
I see a lot of dogs in wallmart giant and there not listed as a service dog on any vests etc this should be a law if you have a certified service dog you should be required to openly display a licence as such

Trying to get a hold of some one to see about renting a space out side but no one has responded back. Have emailed nothing if any one could help that would be great. Would like to rent a space for this weekend.
