Can you rent a space inside for 1 weekend and if so how much and how can I get in contact with someone to get it set up

Check their website. Andy is the owner. It's $150-200 for the weekend I believe. Not quite sure if there's inside spaces available right now. I work there and the only spot I saw is now taken over. Wouldn't hurt to ask though!
