Yes, and round trip is 3.2 miles on foot. Terrain is definitely steep but trails are nicely kept. Have good water shoes that cover your toes preferably.
It will take about 35-minutes to 1-hour from the entrance to the falls depending on your hiking experience and fitness level. It took me 45-minutes walking normally and recording a video the whole time. It's definitely worth it! Make sure you check the website a couple weeks in advance so you can register enough spots. I made that mistake the 1st time I went and almost didn't get in.
